Artwork Design Requirements
Before you begin:
All images should be proofed, color corrected, and adjusted to your standards prior to submission.
Include copies of your logo or client's logo, identity standards, and requirement manual if available.
Designate the CMYK color code for logos, graphics, and word marks.

Custom Lenticular:
File Format:
Adobe Photoshop (PSD) is the preferred format. We also accept Adobe Illustrator (AI), Portable Document Format (PDF), JPEG, and TIFF formats. If artwork is submitted in vector format, all text must be converted to outlines.

Bleed:
For flip and animation effects: 0.125 inch on all sides
For 3D depth effect: 0.5 inch left and right, 0.125 inch top and bottom
Layer Layout:
For flip and animation effects: Create 2 to 12 layers, one for each different frame. Layers must be named "Frame 1", "Frame 2", "Frame 3", etc. Layers must be placed in exact sequence required to acheive the proper flip or animation.
For 3D depth effect: Create 9 layers, one for each different object in the image. Layers must be named "4, 3, 2, 1, 0, -1, -2, -3, -4" and placed in the exact sequence stated. Place the closest object in layer 4 and the background in layer -4, while filling all layers in between with various other objects and patterns. Please contact us if you need any assistance, as the 3D depth effect is by far the hardest Lenticular effect to design.

Terms and Timelines
Terms:
Prepay all artwork related fees and set-up charges; Net 30 days on credit approved accounts. A credit application is available to download. We also accept all major credit cards. If you prefer using a credit card to pay your invoice, you must fax the credit card payment authorization form back to us. Please be advised, there is a three percent credit card payment surcharge that is added to your invoice if invoice being paid after 10 days of invoice date.
Timelines:
Please allow 5 working days for proofs and 2 to 3 weeks for standard production time. Rush production orders are possible depending on the order size.
General Ordering Information
Production times:
Typically 5 days for pre-production sample, and an additional 2 weeks after pre-production sample is approved.
Rush orders:
Fast shipping available for additional fees. Special discount program available for order with 6 to 8 weeks lead time. Please ask your salesperson.
Standard imprint colors:
All products CMYK / 4-color process.
Shipping and handling FOB:

Drop shipments:
There is a $7.00 net charge per location.
Split shipments:
Orders with multiple shipping dates will incur a $10 net charge per location.
Foreign shipments:
There is a $25 net charge for international shipping.
Claims:
Claims must be made no later than 7 days after the delivery order.
