Sales Terms and Conditions:
Carefully read the terms and conditions affirmed below.By placing an order with Lantor, Ltd., and using our website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.If you do not agree, your order will be canceled and please leave this website.Lantor, Ltd. Reserves the right to change, modify, or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
OFFICE HOURS :
We operate Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM PST
RETURNS/ REFUNDS :
Due to the fact that each order is unique itself and has no resale value, all sales are final.If we made an error, you must return the products, and then we will reprint and re-produce the order for you.We do not offer refunds or credits.
The customer must alert Lantor, Ltd. within 7 business days of order acceptance to any mistakes or defects in the final product, otherwise, the claim will be rejected.To be eligible for replacements, the customer must return every received product within 15 business days at their own expense.
Any additional charges for rush delivery or printing are NON-REFUNDABLE.
CUSTOMER CONTENT :
The customer understands that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials ("Content") are the sole person responsible from which such content originated. The customer, not Lantor, Ltd.'s is entirely responsible for all content that he/she uses form Lantor, Ltdís gallery or send, upload, post, or transmit. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, the customer agrees to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. The customer agrees to not use the service to send, upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that contains (i) child pornography or anything indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or vile; (ii) a threat to kidnap or injure a person, a threat to injure the personal property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, a threat to inform another that a person has violated any law of the United States, or a threat of blackmail; (iii) any matter advocating or urging treason, insurrection, or forcible resistance to any law of the United States; (iv) any defamatory remarks directed at any other person or company; or (v) any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of Lantor, Ltd. or any third party does not control posted by Customers and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the Content Under no circumstances will Lantor, Ltd. be liable to the customer in any way for any Content the customer may be exposed to that any person may find offensive, indecent or objectionable. Products and services are provided for our customers use only. The Customer agrees to abide by these terms of service and not to use these products and services or related messages for any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
The customer acknowledges that Lantor, Ltd. does not pre-screen Content, but that Lantor, Ltd. and its representatives shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. The customer further acknowledges and agrees that Lantor, Ltd. may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Lantor, Ltd., its users and the public.
GOVERNING LAW :
Lantor, Ltd. is based out of Los Angeles County, California and all legal actions related to using our services will be instituted in Los Angeles County, California.You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Los Angeles County, California Superior Court and agree that venue in this court is proper in any such legal action or proceeding. The customer also agrees that he/she waive the legal rights to take any legal actions in any federal courts.
CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS :
All artwork, designs, and images must be submitted in CMYK format with a minimum 300 DPI.Lantor, Ltd. has no responsibility for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK or PMS Pantone colors to CMYK color modes.Lantor, Ltd. is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.
COLOR PROOFING AND MATCHING :
Lantor, Ltd. takes no responsibility for color matching and ink density on screen proofs that have been approved by the customers. Screen proofs only forecast the design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not transparency issues, density, or color including but not limited to conversions from RGB to CMYK.
ORDER CANCELLATION OR CHANGES :
Lantor, Ltd. will assist in the order cancellation prior to artwork approval.We accept cancellations via phone or e-mail depending which is easier for the customer. At the time of cancellation, our customer service team will inform you of any cancellation charges dependant upon the stage of the order.Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after the plating or any further process has been completed, including but not limited to purchasing materials, printing, coating, finishing, and/ or products processing. No refunds for logo and graphic design services.Lantor, Ltd. has no responsibility for any duplicate orders that are placed with us due to the customerís mistake.
Any change after the proof stage requires additional art and preparation which will be billed at cost, minimum charge $200.00. Furthermore, changes will delay shipping. There can be no further changes once a job has been plated and is press-ready.
We offer free set-up costs for re-orders purchased within 3 years using the same artworks, effects, imagery, material, and dimensions.Re-orders can be placed at any time as all artwork is stored in our database for three years.
ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY :
Lantor, Ltd. will try to ensure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery scheduled dates.Never shall Lantor, Ltd. be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.
Lantor, Ltd. customers agree not to hold Lantor, Ltd. liable for delays in shipments caused by climate conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, the war, the terrorists, or any other circumstances beyond Lantor, Ltd.ís control. Shipment and delivery dates are based upon estimates provided by our suppliers.
Lantor, Ltd. always makes sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction, and/ or technical problems may delay the production process. In the instance of a delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges/ fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. Technical difficulties will not be the grounds for order cancellation.
Orders must be shipped at whole quantities and may not be split up. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
SHIPPING ERRORS AND LOST PACKAGES :
Lost or damaged claims exceeding $50.00 can only be filed after 30 days from shipment.Lantor, Ltd. is not responsible for third party shipping errors, omissions, or damaged shipments.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS :
If a customer incorrectly submits their address Lantor, Ltd. will reship the package with the corrected address for an additional fee for the shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to a 5% over/ under run.
